Cristian Mineran

Cristian is the head of the Dispute and Arbitration Department. He has gained vast experience as a barrister in varied and complex disputes, representing national and foreign companies, banks and public institutions both in front of the courts of law and arbitral courts.

His practice covers a wide range of cases in areas such as: fulfillment of the contractual obligations, cancellation, rescinding and termination of contracts, contractual and tort liability, sale of real rights, administrative contentious, commercial bills (promissory notes, bills of exchange and cheques), enforcement, public procurement and family law.

He also specializes in corporate law, having excellent expertise in the matter of disputes determined by the differences between shareholders: exclusion and withdrawal of the shareholders; dissolution and winding up of companies; annulment of the resolutions of the general meetings and of the corporate executive bodies.

He has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2006. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, where he also graduated a master course, specializing in private law.
